We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Sales Manager to join our team in Ar Rumaythiyah, Kuwait. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for leading and motivating a team of sales representatives to achieve company targets and drive business growth. This is a full-time position suitable for men with experience in sales.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company objectives
- Lead, train and motivate a team of sales representatives to meet and exceed targets
- Establish strong relationships with clients and identify new business opportunities
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to stay ahead of the competition
- Analyze sales data and provide regular reports to management on performance
- Develop pricing strategies to ensure profitability while remaining competitive in the market
- Collaborate with other departments such as marketing, finance, and operations to ensure smooth operations

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
- Minimum of 3 years experience as a Sales Manager in the same industry
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team effectively
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Knowledge of market trends, competitors, and pricing strategies
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications

Salary:
The salary for this position is 1600$ per month.
