Indian Chef in Hawalli

We are a busy restaurant in Hawalli seeking an experienced and skilled Indian Chef to join our team. As a chef, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking authentic Indian cuisine, as well as creating new and innovative dishes. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years experience working as a chef in an Indian restaurant and be able to demonstrate knowledge of traditional cooking techniques and spices. English speaking is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities:
- Plan menus and create new dishes
- Source high quality ingredients
- Prepare and cook dishes in a timely manner
- Ensure food is presented according to restaurant standards
- Maintain kitchen cleanliness and organization
- Train and supervise kitchen staff

Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years experience working as an Indian Chef in a professional kitchen
- Knowledge of traditional Indian cooking techniques and spices
- Ability to create new and innovative dishes while maintaining authenticity
- Strong leadership skills
- Excellent time management abilities
- Fluent in English (preferred)
