Sales Manager - Salalah (Indian/Filipino candidates preferred)

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Sales Manager to join our team in Salalah. As the Sales Manager, you will be responsible for leading and managing the sales team, developing sales strategies, and driving business growth. This is a contract position with a salary of 1500$. Indian or Filipino candidates with previous sales experience are preferred.

Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the sales team to achieve targets and drive business growth
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to increase revenue
- Identify new business opportunities and potential clients
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to stay ahead in the market
- Train and mentor sales team members to improve their performance
- Prepare weekly/monthly/annual sales reports for management

Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Sales Manager or relevant role in the same industry
- Proven track record of meeting/exceeding targets in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team effectively
- Knowledge of market trends, customer preferences, and competitor activities
- Fluency in English is required; knowledge of additional languages is a plus
