Librarian Assistant

We are hiring a Librarian Assistant to join our team in Muscat. As a Librarian Assistant, you will be responsible for assisting in the maintenance and organization of our library collection. This includes shelving books, cataloging materials, and assisting patrons with finding and checking out items. You will also be responsible for maintaining the library's online catalog and helping to plan and execute library programs and events.

The ideal candidate should have a strong interest in books and knowledge of library systems, as well as excellent organizational skills. An ability to work independently and provide excellent customer service is also important in this role. Previous experience as a librarian assistant is not required, but a willingness to learn and grow in the position is essential.

This is a full-time position with a salary of 1700$. Indian nationals are preferred for this role, but all nationalities are welcome to apply. Fluency in English is not required for this job, but basic knowledge would be beneficial. This position does not require any previous work experience or accommodation arrangements.
