Office Administrator
The Office Administrator will be responsible for managing the day-to-day administrative and clerical tasks in our office located in Dar Kulaib. This position requires an organized and detail-oriented individual with excellent communication skills.
Responsibilities:
- Manage office supplies and inventory, including ordering and restocking as needed
- Maintain a clean and organized office environment
- Answer phone calls, take messages, and redirect calls to appropriate team members
- Greet guests and direct them to the appropriate person or meeting room
- Schedule appointments and maintain calendars for team members
- Assist with preparing documents, presentations, and reports as needed
- Perform basic data entry and filing tasks
- Coordinate travel arrangements for team members when necessary
Requirements:
- Previous experience in an administrative role preferred
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Biometric passport required for international travel purposes
- Must be able to work without accommodation on-site
Salary: $1600/month (negotiable based on experience)
