Entry Level Administrative Assistant - Dar Kulaib, Bahrain

As an Entry Level Administrative Assistant in our dynamic team, you will be responsible for providing general administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office. You will be the first point of contact for all visitors and clients, as well as managing phone calls and correspondence. Your duties will include maintaining office supplies, organizing and scheduling appointments, and assisting with special projects as needed. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, be proficient in Microsoft Office applications, and have a basic understanding of administrative procedures. This is a contract position with a starting salary of 1500$. Freshers are welcome to apply.

The successful candidate will be detail-oriented with strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. You should have a positive attitude, able to work independently as well as part of a team, and possess excellent time management skills. A high school diploma or equivalent is required for this role.

Key Responsibilities:
- Greet visitors warmly and direct them to the appropriate person/department
- Answer incoming calls and transfer to the correct department or take messages
- Sort and distribute incoming mail
- Prepare outgoing mail/packages for pick-up or courier delivery
- Maintain office supplies inventory by checking stock levels and anticipating needed supplies
- Assist in organizing office events or meetings
- Keep track of employee attendance records
- Enter data into various electronic systems accurately and efficiently

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal)
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Basic understanding of administrative procedures (filing, record keeping)
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Positive attitude with excellent time management skills
