Fitter Technician


We are currently seeking a skilled and motivated Fitter Technician to join our team in Vianden. As a Fitter Technician, you will be responsible for the installation, maintenance, and repair of various mechanical equipment and systems. This role is suitable for individuals with a strong technical background, preferably with experience in a similar position.

Responsibilities:
- Install, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain mechanical equipment such as pumps, motors, valves, and other machinery
- Perform routine inspections and preventive maintenance on equipment to ensure proper functioning
- Diagnose and resolve issues with mechanical systems using various tools and techniques
- Read and interpret technical drawings and manuals to identify proper installation procedures
- Collaborate with other team members to complete projects efficiently and meet deadlines
- Adhere to all safety protocols and regulations while performing job duties

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; technical diploma or certification in relevant field preferred
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Fitter or in a similar role
- Strong understanding of mechanical principles and ability to read technical drawings
- Familiarity with various hand tools, power tools, and diagnostic equipment
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
