We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Manager to join our team in Sofia, Bulgaria. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies to meet company goals and objectives. You will also manage a team of sales representatives and ensure their success by providing guidance, training, and support.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive revenue growth
- Identify new business opportunities and potential clients
- Build strong relationships with clients through regular communication and excellent customer service
- Manage a team of sales representatives and provide ongoing training and support
- Monitor sales performance and provide feedback to the team
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operations and customer satisfaction
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitors' activities, and market conditions

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing or relevant field
- Proven experience as a Sales Manager or in a similar role
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Strong leadership abilities with the ability to motivate and coach a team
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Knowledge of CRM software is preferred
- Fluency in English is required; knowledge of other languages is an advantage
- Must be eligible to work in Bulgaria
