Shaper - Woodworking and Carpentry Specialist

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Shaper to join our team in Pula, Croatia. As a Shaper, you will be responsible for shaping and cutting wood into various forms and designs for furniture, cabinets, and other wooden structures. This is a full-time position with a salary of 1700$, including accommodation and visa sponsorship for Indian nationals.

Responsibilities:
- Use hand and power tools to shape and cut wood according to specifications
- Read and interpret blueprints, sketches, or models to determine the design of the final product
- Operate various woodworking machinery such as saws, drills, sanders, etc.
- Ensure all work meets quality standards and specifications
- Communicate with team members to ensure efficient production process

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Shaper or similar role in the woodworking industry
- Proficient in using hand and power tools for woodworking
- Ability to read blueprints and interpret technical drawings
- Strong attention to detail and ability to produce high-quality work
- Good communication skills and ability to work well in a team environment
