Indian Construction Manager in Moscow



We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Indian Construction Manager to join our team in Moscow. As the Construction Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of construction projects from start to finish. This includes coordinating with architects, engineers, contractors, and other team members to ensure timely completion within budget.

Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and manage construction projects from beginning to end
- Develop project timelines and budgets
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and other team members
- Monitor progress and quality of work on construction sites
- Ensure compliance with building codes and safety regulations
- Resolve any issues or delays that may arise during construction process
- Communicate progress updates to clients and stakeholders

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience as a Construction Manager
- Proven track record of successfully managing multiple construction projects simultaneously
- In-depth knowledge of construction processes, building codes, and safety regulations
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage a diverse team
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Fluency in English is preferred
