Online Consultant - Ufa, Russia



As an Online Consultant, you will be responsible for providing expert advice and support to clients through various online channels. Your main goal will be to ensure customer satisfaction by addressing their needs and concerns in a timely and professional manner.

Key Responsibilities:
- Communicate with clients through online channels such as email, chat, and social media
- Understand client needs and provide accurate and efficient solutions
- Provide technical support for products and services
- Resolve customer complaints and escalate issues when necessary
- Keep detailed records of customer interactions and transactions
- Collaborate with other team members to improve customer service processes
- Stay up-to-date with product knowledge, policies, and procedures

Requirements:
- Fluent in English (additional languages are a plus)
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Familiarity with online communication tools such as email, chat, and social media platforms
- Customer service experience is preferred but not required

Salary: 1800$ per month (negotiable based on experience)

Location: Ufa, Russia (accommodation not provided)

Contract Type: Full-time (40 hours per week), remote work possible for candidates outside of Ufa
