Painter for Residential and Commercial Properties in Ufa, Russia


We are seeking a skilled Painter to join our team in Ufa, Russia. As a Painter, you will be responsible for painting and decorating both residential and commercial properties. This is a full-time position with a salary of 1300$ per month.

Responsibilities:
- Prepare surfaces by scraping, sanding, and filling holes to ensure a smooth and even finish
- Choose and mix paint colors to match the desired shade
- Apply paint or other finishes using brushes, rollers, or sprayers
- Protect surrounding areas from paint splatters and spills
- Follow safety protocols to ensure a safe working environment
- Clean and maintain painting equipment

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Painter in residential and commercial settings
- Proficient in preparing surfaces, choosing colors, and applying paint using various techniques
- Knowledge of different types of paints, primers, and finishes
- Attention to detail and ability to work independently or as part of a team
- Physical stamina to stand for long periods of time and lift heavy equipment
- Ability to communicate effectively with clients and team members

Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience working on both interior and exterior projects
- Familiarity with different painting styles such as faux finishing or stenciling
- Basic knowledge of Russian language (not required but preferred)
