Head Baker


As the Head Baker, you will be responsible for overseeing all baking operations within our busy bakery in Beer-Sheva. You will lead a team of bakers and ensure the quality, consistency, and efficiency of our baked goods. Your creativity and expertise will be crucial in developing new and exciting recipes to keep our customers coming back for more.

Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee all aspects of the bakery, including production, inventory management, and quality control
- Lead a team of bakers and provide guidance, training, and performance evaluations
- Develop new recipes that meet customer demand and reflect current food trends
- Monitor ingredient costs and make adjustments to maintain profitability
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment in compliance with health and safety regulations
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operations and customer satisfaction
- Manage inventory levels to ensure adequate stock of ingredients and supplies
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in baking techniques

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a baker or similar role in a high-volume bakery
- In-depth knowledge of baking techniques, ingredients, equipment, and sanitation standards
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide a team towards success
- Strong creativity and innovation in recipe development
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment while maintaining quality standards
- Effective communication skills to collaborate with other departments
and interact with customers
- Knowledge of inventory management systems
and cost analysis
- Physical stamina to stand for long periods of time
and lift heavy objects

Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; culinary degree preferred
- Minimum 3 years of experience as a baker or similar role
in a high-volume bakery
Salary: $1600 per month
