Entry Level Baker


Our bakery in Beer-Sheva is seeking an Entry Level Baker to join our team. As an Indian-owned business, we welcome candidates of all nationalities who are fluent in English and passionate about baking. This position is ideal for someone with little to no experience in the industry, as we are willing to train the right individual.

Responsibilities:
- Assist with preparing and baking a variety of breads, pastries, and other baked goods according to our recipes and standards
- Measure and mix ingredients, knead dough, and operate baking equipment
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, following food safety and sanitation guidelines
- Communicate effectively with team members to ensure smooth operation of the bakery

Requirements:
- Must be legally authorized to work in Israel (own visa)
- Fluent in English (Hebrew or other languages are a plus)
- Ability to work flexible hours including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Good physical stamina and able to stand for long periods of time
- Strong attention to detail and able to follow instructions accurately

Salary:
Starting salary for this position is 1100$ per month. Salary may increase based on performance.
