Job Title: Architectural Designer (Part-time, no English required) - Jerusalem, Israel


We are seeking a talented and creative Architectural Designer to join our team in Jerusalem. As an Architectural Designer, you will be responsible for creating innovative and functional designs for various projects, including residential, commercial, and public spaces.

Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with clients to understand their design needs and preferences
- Develop design concepts and present them to clients for approval
- Create detailed drawings and 3D models using AutoCAD or other design software
- Select materials, finishes, and furniture that meet project requirements and budgets
- Ensure designs comply with building codes, safety regulations, and accessibility standards
- Work closely with engineers and contractors to ensure designs are implemented accurately
- Provide project management support from concept to completion

Requirements:
- Degree in Architecture or related field
- Minimum of 3 years experience as an Architectural Designer
- Strong proficiency in AutoCAD or other design software
- Excellent technical drawing skills
- Knowledge of building codes and regulations
- Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Strong communication skills in order to effectively collaborate with clients, engineers, and contractors

This is a part-time position with a salary of 1700$ per month. As this is a Canadian-owned company operating in Jerusalem, preference will be given to Canadian candidates. However, all nationalities are welcome to apply. Accommodation is not provided for this position.
