We are seeking a highly experienced and motivated Restaurant Manager to join our team in Jerusalem. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of experience in restaurant management, with a strong understanding of all aspects of running a successful restaurant.

Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily operations and ensure smooth functioning of the restaurant
- Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction by providing top-notch service
- Manage and train staff, including hiring, scheduling, and performance evaluations
- Monitor inventory levels and place orders as needed
- Create and implement strategies to increase sales and profitability
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
- Handle any customer complaints or issues effectively
- Collaborate with the kitchen team to maintain high quality food standards

Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in restaurant management
- Proven track record of successfully managing a team
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong leadership abilities
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- In-depth knowledge of food safety regulations

Salary: $1400 per month
