The Hotel Sales Manager will be responsible for driving sales and revenue growth for our hotel in Ashdod, Israel. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales and marketing within the hospitality industry, with a proven track record of success. The main duties of this role include developing and implementing sales strategies, building relationships with clients and partners, and achieving revenue targets.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to increase revenue for the hotel
- Identify new business opportunities and establish relationships with potential clients and partners
- Maintain existing client relationships through regular communication and exceptional customer service
- Collaborate with other departments to create attractive packages and promotions to attract guests
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to stay ahead of the competition
- Attend industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities to promote the hotel’s services
- Conduct sales calls, presentations, and site visits to showcase the hotel’s facilities and services
- Prepare proposals, contracts, and agreements in accordance with company policies
- Meet or exceed monthly/quarterly/annual revenue targets set by management

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Sales Manager in the hospitality industry
- Strong knowledge of local market trends and dynamics in Ashdod preferred
- Excellent communication skills in English (both written and verbal)
- Ability to build strong relationships with clients from diverse backgrounds
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Familiarity with sales techniques such as cold calling, networking, etc.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
- Flexibility to work evenings or weekends when necessary
