Radio Technician

We are seeking an experienced Radio Technician to join our team in Kaunas. As a Radio Technician, you will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing radio equipment in various settings such as broadcasting stations, communication companies, and public safety organizations.

Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in radio technology
- Technical degree or certification in electronics or a related field
- Knowledge of radio frequency principles and communication protocols
- Familiarity with equipment such as transmitters, receivers, antennas, and amplifiers
- Ability to troubleshoot and diagnose technical issues
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication skills in English (Lithuanian proficiency is a plus)
- Valid work visa for Lithuania (visa sponsorship available for qualified candidates)

Responsibilities:
- Install and configure radio equipment according to specifications
- Conduct routine maintenance checks on equipment to ensure proper functioning
- Repair or replace faulty components as needed
- Troubleshoot technical issues using specialized tools and diagnostic software
- Collaborate with other team members to develop solutions for complex problems
- Keep accurate records of work performed and maintain inventory of parts and equipment
- Stay up-to-date with industry developments and advancements in technology
