Sales Representative

Responsibilities:
- Actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking and social media
- Present, promote and sell products/services using solid arguments
- Establish, develop and maintain positive business relationships with current and potential clients
- Reach out to customer leads through lead generation activities
- Achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule
- Analyze the market's potential; track sales and status reports
- Keep abreast of best practices and promotional trends
- Continuously improve through feedback

Requirements:
- Proven work experience as a Sales Representative or similar role preferred
- Familiarity with different sales techniques
- Excellent communication skills
- Highly motivated with a results-driven approach
- Ability to work well under pressure
- Experience in meeting sales targets is an advantage
- Fluency in English is preferred
- Must have own visa to work in Siauliai or be willing to obtain one
