Hotel Sales Manager

As a Hotel Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales and revenue growth for our hotel in Utena. Your main goal will be to increase occupancy rates and generate profitable revenue streams through effective sales strategies and tactics. You will work closely with the hotel management team to develop and implement sales plans, while also building relationships with potential clients and maintaining existing ones.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets
- Conduct market research to identify potential clients and new business opportunities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, including corporate accounts, travel agencies, event planners, etc.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify areas of improvement for the hotel's sales strategy
- Coordinate with other departments (e.g. marketing, front office) to ensure seamless communication and execution of sales plans
- Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for management review
- Attend industry events, trade shows, conferences, etc. to promote the hotel's brand and services
- Train and motivate the sales team to achieve their individual targets

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or relevant field
- Proven experience as a Sales Manager in the hospitality industry (preferably in a hotel environment)
- Strong understanding of market dynamics and customer behavior in the local area
- Excellent communication skills in English (both written and verbal)
- Proficiency in using CRM software (e.g. Salesforce) is a plus
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Excellent negotiation skills with a track record of closing deals successfully

Salary: 1200$ per month (negotiable based on experience)
