We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Hotel Sales Manager to join our team at a luxury hotel in Utena. As the Hotel Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales and revenue growth through strategic planning, relationship building, and effective sales techniques. This is a contract job with the option for extension.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to increase revenue and occupancy rates
- Build and maintain relationships with corporate clients, travel agents, and other key stakeholders
- Identify new business opportunities and develop partnerships to expand the hotel's reach
- Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends and competitors' activities
- Collaborate with other departments to create attractive packages and promotions to attract guests
- Attend networking events, trade shows, and conferences to promote the hotel
- Train and supervise the sales team to ensure high performance

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in hotel sales management
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Excellent organizational and time-management abilities
- Knowledge of market research techniques and databases
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite

Salary:
We offer a competitive salary of 900$ per month, with potential for additional bonuses based on performance.
