We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Hotel Sales Manager to join our team in Utena, Lithuania. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for promoting and selling our hotel's services and facilities to potential clients. This role requires exceptional communication and negotiation skills, as well as a strong understanding of the hospitality industry.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to increase hotel revenue
- Identify potential clients and build relationships to generate new business
- Conduct market research and stay updated on industry trends
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure excellent customer service for clients
- Prepare sales reports and forecasts
- Attend trade shows, conferences, and networking events to promote the hotel's services

Requirements:
- At least 3 years of experience in hotel sales or a similar role
