Warehouse Associate (Akron, Ohio)


We are seeking a hard-working and reliable Warehouse Associate to join our team in Akron, Ohio. As a Warehouse Associate, you will be responsible for loading and unloading shipments, organizing inventory, and maintaining a clean and safe warehouse environment.

Responsibilities:
- Load and unload shipments using hand trucks or forklifts
- Organize inventory in the warehouse according to company standards
- Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of the warehouse
- Perform routine maintenance on warehouse equipment
- Assist with inventory counts and reconciliation
- Communicate effectively with coworkers to ensure efficient workflow
- Follow all safety protocols and procedures

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent (preferred)
- Physically fit and able to lift up to 50 pounds regularly
- Familiarity with warehouse equipment such as hand trucks, forklifts, etc.
- Basic math skills for inventory counts
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Excellent communication skills in English (verbal and written)
- Valid biometric passport (preferred)

Salary:
Starting salary for this position is $1000 per month. Salary may increase based on performance.

We offer health insurance benefits after 90 days of employment.
