We are in search of a skilled and experienced Nepali Restaurant Manager to oversee the daily operations of our restaurant located in the bustling city of Mombasa. As a Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring smooth and efficient operations, delivering high-quality service, and maintaining a positive work environment for our team.

Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee all aspects of the restaurant's operations, including managing staff, inventory, and finances
- Create and implement strategies to improve overall efficiency and profitability
- Ensure high-quality customer service is delivered consistently
- Train and develop staff members to maintain high standards of service
- Manage inventory levels and order supplies as needed
- Monitor food quality and presentation to ensure consistency
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe working environment
- Handle customer concerns or complaints in a professional manner
- Collaborate with the kitchen team to create new menu items or specials
- Adhere to all health and safety regulations

Requirements:
- Must be fluent in Nepali
- Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager or similar role
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and train staff
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to handle stressful situations with calmness and professionalism
- Knowledge of restaurant management software is an asset
- Must have a valid work visa for Mombasa

Salary: 1200$ per month
