CAD Draftsman

We are in search of an experienced CAD Draftsman to join our dynamic team in Malindi. As a CAD Draftsman, you will be responsible for creating detailed technical drawings and plans using computer-aided design software. This role requires strong attention to detail, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to work independently.

Responsibilities:
- Create accurate and detailed technical drawings based on specifications provided by engineers and architects
- Use computer-aided design software to generate 2D and 3D models
- Make necessary adjustments and revisions to drawings as needed
- Collaborate with engineers and architects to ensure accuracy of drawings
- Maintain a database of all drawings and documents related to projects
- Follow industry standards and regulations when creating technical drawings
- Communicate any issues or concerns with project managers in a timely manner

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or diploma in drafting, engineering, or related field
- Minimum of 2 years experience as a CAD Draftsman in a similar role
- Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp or other drafting software
- Strong understanding of technical drawing principles and practices
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to detect errors in designs
- Good communication skills and ability to work well within a team environment

Salary: $1000 per month (negotiable based on experience)

Location: Malindi, Kenya

Preference: Indian nationality preferred but open to all nationalities.
