Commercial Architect
We are a leading architecture firm in Shan, seeking a highly skilled and creative Commercial Architect to join our team. As a Commercial Architect, you will be responsible for designing and overseeing the construction of commercial buildings such as office complexes, shopping centers, and industrial facilities.

Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and develop design plans that meet their requirements
- Conduct site evaluations and create detailed project proposals
- Create architectural drawings and 3D models using computer-aided design software
- Manage and oversee construction projects to ensure they are completed on time and within budget
- Coordinate with contractors, engineers, and other professionals to ensure all aspects of the project are executed effectively
- Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress and address any issues that may arise
- Ensure compliance with building codes, safety regulations, and other legal requirements

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or a related field
- Minimum of 3 years experience in commercial architecture
- Proficiency in computer-aided design software such as AutoCAD or Revit
- Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with clients and team members
- Strong understanding of building codes, safety regulations, and construction processes
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously

This is a contract position with a competitive salary of $1800 per month. Accommodation will be provided for the duration of the contract.
