Commercial Architect for Contract Position in Mauren, Egypt



We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Commercial Architect to join our team in Mauren, Egypt. As a Contract Commercial Architect, you will be responsible for designing and overseeing the construction of commercial buildings and structures. Your main objective will be to create functional and aesthetically pleasing spaces that meet the needs of our clients while adhering to building codes and regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

- Collaborate with clients to determine project requirements, budget, and timeline
- Prepare detailed drawings, plans, and specifications using computer-aided design (CAD) software
- Conduct site visits to gather information and ensure that construction is progressing according to plans
- Coordinate with engineers, contractors, and other professionals involved in the project
- Review and approve contractor bids and proposals
- Monitor construction progress and address any issues or delays that may arise
- Ensure that all building codes and regulations are followed throughout the construction process
- Conduct quality checks to ensure that the final product meets design specifications
- Keep up-to-date with industry trends, materials, and techniques

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or a related field
- Minimum of 5 years' experience as a Commercial Architect
- Strong proficiency in CAD software such as AutoCAD or Revit
- Extensive knowledge of building codes, regulations, and materials
- Excellent communication skills to collaborate with clients and project team members effectively
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines

Salary: 1600$ per month.

This is a contract position for an initial period of 12 months with the possibility of extension based on performance.
