Contract Architectural Technologist



We are a leading architectural firm in Multan, seeking a highly skilled and experienced Contract Architectural Technologist to join our dynamic team. As a Contract Architectural Technologist, you will be responsible for assisting in the design and development of various architectural projects, ensuring they meet the clients' requirements and are completed within budget and on time.

Responsibilities:
- Assist in the preparation of detailed drawings and specifications for architectural projects
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure designs are feasible
- Conduct site visits to gather necessary information for project development
- Utilize computer-aided design software to create 2D and 3D models of proposed designs
- Prepare cost estimates and assist in project budget management
- Communicate with clients to understand their needs and provide updates on project progress
- Ensure compliance with building codes, regulations, and zoning laws
- Keep up-to-date with industry trends, materials, and construction methods

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field
- Minimum of 3 years experience in architectural design or drafting
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp or other CAD software
- Strong understanding of building codes and regulations
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with a team
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines

Preferred:
- Experience working on residential or commercial projects in Multan
- Knowledge of sustainable design practices
- Familiarity with BIM software

This is a contract position that offers competitive compensation of 1400$ per month. Accommodation will also be provided for the duration of the contract.
