Job Title: Architectural Technologist

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Architectural Technologist to join our growing team in Multan. As an Architectural Technologist, you will be responsible for assisting with the design and construction of various architectural projects. This is a part-time position with a salary of 1300$, and no accommodation or visa sponsorship is provided.

Responsibilities:
- Assist with the design and development of architectural plans and drawings
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure project goals are met
- Conduct site visits and inspections to ensure compliance with design plans
- Utilize computer-aided design (CAD) software to create technical drawings and models
- Research building materials, codes, and regulations to ensure project adherence
- Prepare cost estimates and budgets for architectural projects
- Communicate effectively with clients, team members, and contractors throughout the project process

Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years experience as an Architectural Technologist or similar role
- Proficiency in CAD software such as AutoCAD or Revit
- Strong knowledge of building materials, codes, and regulations
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment
- Attention to detail and ability to meet tight deadlines

Preferred:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field
- Experience working on commercial or residential projects in Multan or surrounding areas
