Executive Chef



We are seeking a talented and experienced Executive Chef to join our team in Gujrat, India. As the Executive Chef, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the kitchen, from menu planning to food preparation and presentation. You will also be responsible for managing a team of chefs and kitchen staff to ensure that our high standards of quality and service are consistently met.

Responsibilities:
- Develop seasonal menus that showcase local and international cuisine
- Source and select fresh ingredients from local markets and suppliers
- Train, supervise, and motivate kitchen staff to maintain a positive work environment
- Oversee food preparation, cooking, plating, and presentation to ensure high-quality dishes
- Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed to meet demand
- Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and sanitation regulations in the kitchen
- Collaborate with other departments to plan events and special menus

Requirements:
- Proven experience as an Executive Chef or similar role in a high-end restaurant or hotel
- Extensive knowledge of different cuisine styles and cooking techniques
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage a diverse team
- Excellent communication and organization skills
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Degree or certification in Culinary Arts is preferred

Salary:
The salary for this position is 1400$ per month.
