Senior Architect

We are a leading architectural firm based in Karachi, seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Architect to join our team. As a Senior Architect, you will be responsible for overseeing the design and construction of various projects, working closely with clients and managing a team of architects and designers.

Responsibilities:
- Lead the design process from concept development to construction documentation
- Collaborate with clients to understand their vision and requirements for each project
- Develop innovative solutions that meet client needs while adhering to budget and time constraints
- Create detailed drawings, models, and presentations using various software programs
- Conduct site visits to ensure construction is following design plans and specifications
- Mentor junior architects and provide guidance on projects
- Stay updated on industry trends, materials, and building codes

Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture from an accredited university
- Minimum of 7 years experience in architectural design, with at least 2 years in a senior role
- Proficient in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, Adobe Creative Suite, and other relevant software programs
- Strong understanding of building codes and regulations
- Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with clients, team members, and contractors
- Proven track record of successful project management
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team

Salary: 1700$ monthly

Location: Karachi (Preference for Pakistani nationals or those with valid work visa)
