Indian Restaurant Manager in Bayan


We are seeking an experienced Indian Restaurant Manager to lead our team in Bayan. As a manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the restaurant's operations, including customer service, staff management, inventory control, and financial management. Your goal will be to ensure that our restaurant runs smoothly and efficiently while maintaining high-quality standards.

Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily operations of the restaurant, including opening and closing procedures
- Manage and train staff to provide excellent customer service
- Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
- Create work schedules for staff members
- Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback to employees
- Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a timely manner
- Manage finances, including budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management
- Collaborate with the chef to develop menus and specials that reflect authentic Indian cuisine

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager or similar role in an Indian restaurant setting
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
- Strong knowledge of Indian cuisine, ingredients, and cooking techniques
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
- Familiarity with restaurant POS systems is preferred
- Bachelor's degree or diploma in Hospitality or related field is preferred

Salary: $1000 per month (negotiable based on experience)

Location: Bayan (visa sponsorship available)

Note: Fluency in English is not required for this position. This job is open to all nationalities but preference will be given to candidates with prior experience in Indian restaurants. Accommodation is not provided for this role.
