We are seeking a skilled and experienced Restaurant Manager to join our team at a popular restaurant in Bayan, Nepal. As the Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the restaurant, managing staff, and ensuring exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day operations of the restaurant, including opening and closing procedures, inventory management, and staff scheduling
- Train and supervise staff to maintain high levels of customer service and ensure adherence to company policies and standards
- Monitor food quality and presentation to uphold our reputation for excellence
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback in a timely and professional manner
- Collaborate with the chef to create new menu items or specials that align with our brand
- Maintain cleanliness and organization throughout the restaurant to ensure a pleasant dining experience for guests
- Monitor expenses, control costs, and implement strategies to increase profitability
- Conduct regular inventory checks to ensure adequate supply levels and minimize waste

Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years experience in a similar role within the hospitality industry
- Excellent communication skills in English (Nepali language skills an asset)
- Strong leadership abilities with proven experience in managing a team
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and procedures
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays as required
