Sales Representative


We are a rapidly growing company in need of a motivated and experienced Sales Representative to join our team in Bayan, Kuwait. Our ideal candidate is someone who is passionate about sales, has excellent communication skills, and is willing to go above and beyond to meet sales targets.

As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with clients, identifying new business opportunities, and promoting our products or services. You will work closely with the sales team to develop strategies to increase sales and meet company goals.

The successful candidate will have a proven track record of meeting sales targets, strong negotiation skills, and the ability to effectively communicate with clients at all levels. A strong understanding of the market trends and customer needs is also essential for this role.

Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
- Fluent in English (knowledge of Arabic would be an advantage)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong analytical skills and ability to identify new business opportunities
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Willingness to travel if required

Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain relationships with clients through regular contact, meetings, and presentations
- Identify potential clients and develop strategies to secure new business opportunities
- Promote our products or services through various channels such as cold calling, networking events, etc.
- Prepare proposals, quotes, contracts, and other necessary documents for potential clients
- Negotiate terms of sale and close deals with clients
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop effective strategies for increasing sales
- Stay up-to-date on market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs
- Meet or exceed monthly/quarterly/yearly sales targets set by the company

Salary: 1700$ per month (tax-free) + commission on sales
