Architecture Manager
We are a leading architectural firm based in Ashdod and we are seeking a highly experienced and motivated Architecture Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in architecture, excellent leadership skills, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Responsibilities:
- Oversee the design process for various architectural projects, ensuring high-quality and timely completion
- Manage and mentor a team of architects, providing guidance and support throughout the project lifecycle
- Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and provide innovative solutions that meet their requirements
- Monitor project budgets and timelines, making adjustments as needed to ensure successful delivery
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and advancements, implementing new techniques and technologies within the firm
- Develop strong relationships with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders to foster positive working relationships

Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture from an accredited university
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a managerial role within an architectural firm
- Extensive knowledge of design principles, building codes, construction methods, and materials
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire team members
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to effectively convey ideas to clients and stakeholders
- Proven track record of successfully managing multiple projects simultaneously
- Proficient in industry-standard software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, etc.
