Nepali-Speaking Architecture Manager in Ashdod



We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Architecture Manager who is fluent in Nepali to join our team in Ashdod. As an integral member of our architecture team, you will be responsible for managing and overseeing all aspects of architectural projects, from design to construction.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement project plans, including budgets, timelines, and resources
- Oversee the design process and ensure compliance with building codes and regulations
- Review and approve architectural drawings and specifications
- Collaborate with engineers, contractors, and other professionals to ensure project success
- Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to stakeholders
- Manage project budgets and make necessary adjustments as needed
- Ensure that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards
- Evaluate potential risks or issues that may arise during the project and develop solutions to mitigate them

Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture or a related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in architecture management or a similar role
- Fluent in Nepali (written and spoken) with good English communication skills
- Extensive knowledge of architectural principles, building codes, and regulations
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage a team effectively
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines

Salary:
The salary for this position is 1500$ per month.

Location:
This job is based in Ashdod. Candidates who are already located in Ashdod will be given preference.
