We are seeking an experienced Formworker to join our construction team in Vilnius, Lithuania. In this role, you will be responsible for creating and installing the forms that hold concrete in place until it hardens. This is a physically demanding job that requires attention to detail and the ability to work in all weather conditions.

As a Formworker, you will be expected to have previous experience in formwork construction and be able to read and interpret blueprints accurately. You will also need to have good manual dexterity and the ability to use hand and power tools effectively.

Responsibilities:
- Constructing forms for concrete structures according to blueprints and specifications
- Measuring and cutting materials such as wood, metal, or plastic
- Assembling and securing forms using various tools
- Pouring, leveling, and smoothing concrete within the forms
- Removing forms once the concrete has set
- Cleaning and maintaining tools and equipment used for formwork

Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years experience as a Formworker or similar role
- Ability to read blueprints accurately
- Good physical stamina and ability to work in all weather conditions
- Proficient in using hand and power tools
- Basic math skills for measuring and calculating material needs

We offer a competitive salary of $1700 per month along with free visa sponsorship and travel ticket. This is a full-time position with regular working hours from Monday to Friday. We welcome applications from students looking for part-time work during their studies.
