Junior Industrial Architect

We are seeking a highly motivated and creative Junior Industrial Architect to join our team in Utena. As a Junior Industrial Architect, you will work under the guidance of senior architects to design and oversee the construction of industrial buildings and facilities. This role is perfect for recent graduates or individuals without experience looking to gain valuable hands-on experience in the field.

Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with senior architects to develop plans and designs for industrial buildings and facilities
- Utilize software such as AutoCAD and SketchUp to create 3D models, drawings, and layouts
- Conduct site visits and surveys to gather information for project planning
- Prepare detailed technical drawings and specifications
- Research building materials, methods, and systems to ensure cost-effectiveness, sustainability, and safety
- Communicate with contractors, engineers, and other professionals involved in the construction process
- Monitor construction progress to ensure that plans are being followed accurately
- Provide support during the bidding process by reviewing contractor proposals and making recommendations

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, and other design software
- Strong understanding of industrial architecture principles and building codes
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
- Attention to detail with a focus on accuracy
- Must be able to conduct site visits as needed
Salary: 1600$ per month. This is a full-time position located in Utena. Indian nationality preferred but not required. No previous experience necessary.
