Personal Trainer

A busy gym in Utena is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Personal Trainer to join our team. As a Personal Trainer, you will be responsible for creating personalized fitness plans for clients based on their goals and abilities. You will also provide coaching and support to ensure clients are performing exercises correctly and safely. This is a contract position with the potential for growth within the company.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct initial consultations with clients to determine their fitness goals and health history
- Develop personalized fitness plans based on client's goals, abilities, and any health concerns
- Provide coaching and support during personal training sessions to ensure clients are performing exercises correctly and safely
- Monitor client progress and make adjustments to their fitness plan as needed
- Educate clients on proper nutrition and lifestyle habits for optimal results
- Maintain a clean and safe workout environment for clients

Requirements:
- Indian nationality preferred but not required
- Fluent in English (both spoken and written)
- Certified Personal Trainer with at least one year of experience
- Strong knowledge of exercise science, anatomy, and nutrition
- Excellent communication skills and ability to motivate others
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends

Salary: 1300$ per month
