Welder

As a Welder, you will be responsible for joining metal pieces together using various welding techniques such as MIG, TIG, and ARC. You will read and interpret blueprints, follow safety protocols, and maintain equipment. This role requires strong attention to detail and precision in order to produce high-quality welds.

Responsibilities:
- Perform welding tasks using MIG, TIG, and ARC techniques
- Read and interpret blueprints to determine specifications
- Follow safety protocols to ensure a safe work environment
- Monitor equipment and perform regular maintenance to ensure proper functioning
- Prepare materials by cleaning and cutting them to the required size
- Inspect finished welds for accuracy and quality
- Troubleshoot any issues with welds or equipment
- Communicate with team members to coordinate tasks and ensure project deadlines are met

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Certification in welding from a recognized institution
- Proven experience as a Welder or similar role
- Proficient in MIG, TIG, and ARC welding techniques
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints
- Strong attention to detail and precision
- Knowledge of safety protocols
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Physical stamina for standing, bending, and lifting heavy materials

Salary: $1700 per month

Location: Washington

Preference: Candidates from Pakistan or Kenya preferred. No English language skills required. Women are encouraged to apply.
