We are seeking friendly and experienced waiters/waitresses to join our team at our upscale restaurant in Washington, D.C. Our ideal candidate is passionate about providing exceptional customer service, has a positive attitude, and works well in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:
- Greet and seat customers in a timely and friendly manner
- Present menus and inform customers about daily specials
- Take accurate food and drink orders from customers
- Serve food and beverages to customers in a timely manner
- Check on customers throughout their meal to ensure satisfaction
- Handle any customer inquiries or complaints with professionalism and efficiency
- Process payments accurately using the POS system
- Maintain a clean and organized work station
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure orders are prepared correctly
- Follow all safety and sanitation procedures

Requirements:
- Proven work experience as a waiter/waitress
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently under pressure
- Basic math skills for processing payments
- Knowledge of food safety regulations
- Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
- High school diploma or equivalent
