Light Vehicle Driver


The position of Light Vehicle Driver requires a responsible and skilled individual to operate light vehicles for transportation purposes. As a driver, you will be responsible for safely transporting individuals and goods, while adhering to all traffic laws and regulations. Your role will require you to maintain the vehicle in good working condition, follow safety protocols, and provide excellent customer service.

Responsibilities:
- Safely transport individuals or goods to designated locations
- Follow traffic laws and regulations at all times
- Inspect vehicle before and after each trip, reporting any issues that may arise
- Maintain cleanliness of the vehicle and ensure it is in good working condition
- Keep accurate records of routes taken, mileage, fuel usage, etc.
- Provide excellent customer service by assisting passengers with loading/unloading of goods, opening/closing doors, etc.
- Follow safety protocols in case of emergencies or accidents
- Communicate effectively with dispatchers and other team members

Requirements:
- Valid driver's license for light vehicles (class B)
- Proven experience as a light vehicle driver preferred but not required
- Good knowledge of Malindi city roads and landmarks
- Ability to read maps and follow GPS directions
- Excellent communication skills in English (knowledge of other languages is a plus)
- Physically fit with the ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
- High school diploma or equivalent (graduates preferred)

Salary:
The salary for this position is 1700$ per month.

Location:
This job is located in Malindi city. While this job listing prefers Indian nationals, it is open to all qualified candidates who meet the requirements.

This is a seasonal job with potential for extension based on performance.
