Commercial Architect
We are hiring a skilled and creative Commercial Architect to join our dynamic team in Karachi. As a Commercial Architect, you will be responsible for designing and overseeing the construction of commercial buildings, such as offices, hotels, and retail spaces. Your primary goal will be to create functional and aesthetically pleasing spaces that meet our clients' needs while adhering to safety and building codes.

Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with clients to determine their requirements and budget
- Develop initial design concepts and present them to clients for approval
- Create detailed drawings using computer-aided design (CAD) software
- Ensure designs comply with relevant building codes and regulations
- Source materials and products necessary for construction
- Oversee construction progress to ensure compliance with designs
- Make necessary revisions to designs based on client feedback or project constraints
- Monitor project budgets and timelines
- Communicate regularly with project stakeholders including contractors, engineers, and other team members

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or a related field
- Proven experience in commercial architecture (portfolio required)
- Strong knowledge of building codes, regulations, and best practices
- Proficiency in CAD software
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with clients and team members
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills

Preferred Requirements:
- Previous experience working on projects in Karachi or Pakistan region
Salary: 1000$ per month (negotiable based on experience)
