Handyman for Contract Work in Mecca


We are in need of a skilled and experienced Handyman to join our team for contract work in Mecca. As a Handyman, you will be responsible for performing various maintenance and repair tasks, both interior and exterior, on residential and commercial properties.

Responsibilities:
- Conduct routine inspections of buildings and identify any repairs or maintenance needed
- Repair or replace plumbing fixtures, electrical systems, and HVAC units
- Install new appliances, fixtures, or equipment as needed
- Perform general carpentry tasks such as painting, drywall repair, and flooring installation
- Maintain landscaping by mowing lawns, trimming trees, and planting flowers
- Respond to emergency repair requests in a timely manner

Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Handyman or in a similar role
- Knowledge of basic plumbing, electrical, and HVAC systems
- Strong carpentry skills with the ability to use various tools and equipment
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively

Salary:
This is a contract position paying 1200$ per month.

Preference:
This job is open to all nationalities. However, preference will be given to Malayalees who are proficient in English.
