Junior Accountant - Clairvaux, France


We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Junior Accountant to join our team in Clairvaux, France. As a Junior Accountant, you will be responsible for assisting with the preparation of financial statements, maintaining accurate records of financial transactions, and ensuring compliance with accounting principles and regulations. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of accounting principles, excellent analytical skills, and the ability to work independently.

Responsibilities:
- Assist with the preparation of financial statements and reports
- Maintain accurate records of financial transactions
- Reconcile bank statements and other accounts
- Prepare tax returns and assist with tax audits
- Monitor accounts payable and receivable
- Assist with budgeting and forecasting processes
- Ensure compliance with accounting principles and regulations
- Support senior accountants in various tasks as needed

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field
- 1+ years of experience in accounting or finance role (internship experience will be considered)
- Strong understanding of accounting principles
- Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel (knowledge of accounting software is a plus)
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
- Fluent in English (knowledge of French is a plus)

Salary: 1000$ per month
