Crane Operator

We are a construction company based in Izhevsk and we are seeking a skilled Crane Operator to join our team. As a Crane Operator, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining various types of cranes on our construction sites. Your duties will include inspecting equipment before and after use, ensuring safe operation of the crane, and following all safety protocols.

Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Crane Operator preferred
- Valid crane operator certification/license
- Ability to read and understand blueprints and diagrams
- Good physical condition and able to lift heavy objects
- Attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
- Ability to work in various weather conditions

Responsibilities:
- Operate cranes according to project specifications and safety guidelines
- Perform daily pre-operational checks on equipment before use
- Safely rig loads using appropriate lifting techniques
- Communicate with ground crew using hand signals or radio communication
- Keep records of daily operations including hours worked, materials moved, etc.
- Maintain clean and organized work area
- Report any equipment malfunctions or safety hazards immediately
