Mason Supervisor

We are seeking a skilled Mason Supervisor to oversee our team of masons in the city of Izhevsk, Russia. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in masonry work and strong leadership skills.

Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate the work of a team of masons
- Assign tasks and monitor progress to ensure timely completion
- Train and mentor new masons on techniques and safety procedures
- Order materials and equipment as needed
- Inspect completed work to ensure quality standards are met
- Communicate with clients to understand project requirements and address any concerns

Requirements:
- Minimum of 5 years experience as a mason, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role
- Strong knowledge of various masonry techniques, including bricklaying, stonework, and concrete work
- Ability to read blueprints and plans
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide a team
- Basic understanding of safety regulations and procedures in construction
- Good communication skills in Russian (English proficiency is a plus)
