Mason Supervisor


As a Mason Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing a team of masons in the construction of various projects in Izhevsk. You will ensure that the work is completed according to specifications and quality standards, while also managing the team's schedule and budget. This role requires excellent leadership skills and a strong understanding of masonry techniques.

Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise a team of masons, providing guidance and instruction when necessary
- Ensure that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to quality standards
- Inspect work for accuracy, completeness, and compliance with specifications
- Monitor the use of materials and equipment to minimize waste and ensure efficient use
- Coordinate with other trades and contractors to ensure smooth project progression
- Train new masons on proper techniques and safety protocols
- Conduct regular performance evaluations for team members

Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience as a mason, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role
- Proficient in various masonry techniques such as bricklaying, stonework, and concrete work
- Strong knowledge of building codes and safety regulations related to masonry work
- Ability to read blueprints and interpret construction plans
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Proven leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team effectively

Salary: 1100$ per month (negotiable based on experience)
Location: Izhevsk (open to Indian nationals)
