Waiter/Waitress

A reputable restaurant in Vilnius is seeking a skilled and experienced Waiter/Waitress to join our team. This position is open to all nationalities, with a preference for Indian candidates. We are looking for someone who can provide excellent customer service, has previous experience in the food and beverage industry, and is able to work in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and seat customers, take orders, and serve food and beverages
- Ensure customer satisfaction by providing prompt and friendly service
- Make menu recommendations and answer any questions about the menu
- Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently
- Maintain cleanliness of tables, dining area, and restrooms
- Follow all health and safety regulations
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders

Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year of experience as a waiter/waitress in a restaurant setting
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Attention to detail and ability to multitask
- Basic math skills for handling cash transactions
- Must be able to stand for long periods of time and lift up to 25 pounds

This is a contract position with the potential for full-time employment based on performance. We offer competitive salary of $1500 per month, along with tips. This position is open to both men and women.
