Courier Supervisor


As a Courier Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing a team of couriers in Kaunas, ensuring timely and efficient delivery of packages. You will be working for a global courier company, providing services to customers from various industries.

Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and manage a team of couriers to ensure timely and efficient delivery of packages
- Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback to couriers
- Train new couriers on company policies, procedures, and best practices
- Monitor courier schedules to ensure proper coverage for all routes
- Resolve any customer complaints or issues related to package delivery
- Maintain accurate records of package delivery and tracking information
- Collaborate with other departments to improve overall operations and customer satisfaction
- Implement safety measures to ensure the well-being of couriers while on the job
- Handle any administrative tasks related to courier operations

Requirements:
- Fluency in English is mandatory, as well as proficiency in Malayalam (preferred)
- Previous experience in a supervisory or leadership role is required
- Knowledge of the local area in Kaunas is highly preferred
- Strong communication skills and ability to work well under pressure
- Must have a valid driver's license and clean driving record
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays if necessary

This is a contract position with a salary starting at 1400$ per month. As this is a physically demanding job, candidates must be able to lift up to 50 pounds and be comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions.
